Contractor Agreement

By submitting this application, I ("Contractor") agree to the following terms with Forge Labor LLC ("Forge Labor"):

Independent Contractor Status. I understand and agree that I am an independent contractor, not an employee of Forge Labor. I am responsible for my own taxes, insurance, and equipment unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Work Standards. I agree to maintain professional conduct, arrive on time, follow all site safety protocols, and perform all assigned duties to industry standards. Failure to meet these standards may result in removal from Forge Labor's contractor roster.

Confidentiality. I agree to keep all client, venue, and event information confidential unless required by law to disclose.

Cancellation. I understand that cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled call may result in removal from future bookings at Forge Labor's discretion.

Accuracy of Information. I certify that all information provided in this application is accurate and complete. Falsification of any information may result in immediate termination from the Forge Labor roster.

Background & Verification. I authorize Forge Labor to verify the information submitted, including employment eligibility and provided documentation.

Forge Labor LLC reserves the right to update these terms with reasonable notice.
